BJP Supporters Stop Vijay Film Shoot
Tamil star hero Vijay seems to be facing more pressure from BJP more than ever. His film Bigil producers said that the film was collected Rs. 300 crores at the box office.
This prompted IT officers to raid finance, Anbu Cheziyan’s officers, residences and they recovered Rs.65 crores cash from him and documents that amount to Rs 300 crores as well.
They even took Vijay with them to his residences but found nothing. They asked him to submit all the income proofs and are investigating it.
They have conducted raids at AGS, the producer offices and other properties too. They recovered money only from Anbu Cheziyan’s offices, properties.
On Friday Vijay returned to his film, Master shoot at Neyveli and BJP supporters stalled the shoot by protesting saying that he cannot shoot there. Police had to interfer and send them away.
Vijay fans started to fight with BJP supporters after knowing about the protest and this resulted in further ruckus it seems. Police was given permission to the team to continue the shoot after increasing the security.
BJP supporters protested as the shoot was happening at Coal mining area which was seen as a restricted area for commercial activity like tourism and they asked how can such an area be given for shooting.
